- The roll must be returned in the exact condition it was received. If the roll has been unrolled, improperly re-taped, or if any material has been cut or removed, a restocking fee will apply based on the damages or material missing.
- Rolls must be returned in their original packaging, including the box and any protective layers.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping unless the product is defective.
- Defective rolls will have their return shipping covered by us.
No Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for unopened rolls or those that were not unrolled.
Defective Product:
- If you believe the material is defective, please provide high-quality images/videos of the issue, along with a detailed explanation of the problem.
